Make Halloween Chalkboard Frames

Make fun Halloween frames for attaching to gifts, putting on cards, or hanging on your Halloween Tree. What we love to do is get out our stamps, inks, punches, collage sheets, you name it - we get it out! Then the fun begins - start stamping a bunch of images on white paper for colorizing and stamp on colored papers with black ink. Then start mixing and matching. This + That + Old + New = Halloween Art Fun!
